Required Financial Transparency

(Commencing July 1, 2019)

Flagstaff Academy is a public charter school within the St. Vrain Valley School District. Founded in 2005, Flagstaff Academy serves over 900 students in grades PreK through 8th grade and employs more than 100 teachers, support staff, and leadership administrators. 


During its 2010 session, the Colorado General Assembly enacted the "Public School Financial Transparency Act" as part of House Bill 10-1036. Section 22-44-304 of the Colorado Revised Statutes states "Commencing July 1, 2010, and on a continuing basis thereafter, each local education provider shall post [financial] information on-line, in a downloadable format, for free public access." The Act defines "Local Education Providers" to include both school districts and charter schools. To meet these new requirements of this act, please click below or to in right navigation. 

*Charter Schools are not required to post a financial data file as the charter school's data is incorporated into the school district's posted financial data file.
